Outdoor Living Supply expands in the Southeast
Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform focused on outdoor living products, has acquired Mid-Atlantic Concrete Products and South-Atlantic Concrete Products (MACP and SACP), full-service distributors of hardscapes, natural stone and porcelain products in North Carolina and Georgia, respectively.
Founded in 2004, MACP is based in Winston Salem, N.C., and SACP, established in 2007, is located in Cumming, Ga. Since their inception, both companies have served as suppliers of hardscape solutions to commercial and residential contractors, as well as independent dealers in their respective markets.
Ken Armistead, president of MACP, will remain in the business in an ambassador role. Rich Kearney, president of SACP, will continue with OLS in a newly formed role as VP of Commercial and Wholesale, where he will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive recurring revenue from new and existing customers in the commercial and wholesale markets.
