From 1983 to 1996, Jim Inglis had a front row seat on the growth of what is today the world's largest home improvement retailer. The former Home Depot executive vice president of merchandising is currently president of Inglis Consulting, with retail clients around the world.
Inglis is also author of Breakthrough Retailing: How a Bleeding Orange Culture Can Change Everything.
