Jackson Hole, Wyoming-based Larry Morgan ([email protected]), the principal of Mountain States Acquisitions, shares his thoughts on trends in the industry, the ambitions of QXO, and his news book—The Closer.

Morgan, who has had a hand about 100 acquisitions over the years, said there's a sense of caution in the M&A market these days. He added: "There's still plenty of deals to be done, and I don't see them slowing down."
