OMG, Inc. names new CFO

FastenMaster's parent company taps another senior vice president.

OMG, Inc. has named Noah For­rest as senior vice pres­i­dent and chief finan­cial offi­cer (CFO).

In his new role, Forrest will work with the company’s senior man­age­ment team to devel­op finan­cial plans, fore­casts and bud­gets. Oth­er respon­si­bil­i­ties include prepar­ing and pre­sent­ing finan­cial state­ments and reports to the com­pa­ny and to Steel Part­ners (the company's own­ers), man­ag­ing the company’s cash flow and cap­i­tal invest­ments, eval­u­at­ing acqui­si­tion oppor­tu­ni­ties as they arise, ensur­ing adher­ence to finan­cial reg­u­la­tions and stan­dards and dri­ving a plan to advance the company’s tech­nol­o­gy roadmap. In addi­tion, he will man­age the company’s finance and infor­ma­tion tech­nol­o­gy teams and assist the pres­i­dent in per­form­ing his respon­si­bil­i­ties. “Noah is a growth-mind­ed and strate­gi­cal­ly focused CFO with a long and proven lead­er­ship track record, who brings sig­nif­i­cant finan­cial and oper­a­tional expe­ri­ence in glob­al man­u­fac­tur­ing to the table,” said Ashe. ​“He is a hands-on leader who will be engaged in the day-to-day busi­ness using his finan­cial, strate­gic, oper­a­tional and tech­no­log­i­cal expe­ri­ence to play a crit­i­cal role in OMG’s con­tin­ued growth. Forrest has over 20 years of finan­cial, account­ing and strate­gic lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence, with Stan­ley Black & Deck­er and with Raytheon Tech­nolo­gies. 

Forrest holds a bachelor’s degree in eco­nom­ics and finance with a minor in infor­ma­tion tech­nol­o­gy from Bent­ley Uni­ver­si­ty, as well as an MBA from Worces­ter Poly­tech­nic Institute.
