Oldcastle APG acquires EP Henry

EP Henry manufactures hardscape and masonry products in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Oldcastle APG, the outdoor living and building products manufacturer has acquired EP Henry.

Based in Woodbury, N.J., EP Henry is a privately-owned manufacturer of hardscape and masonry products in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The company operates seven manufacturing and distribution facilities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland.

Since 1903, EP Henry has provided pavers, segmental retaining walls, masonry block, and wet-cast products to the building materials market.

The acquisition was finalized on June 21 and follows several recent strategic hardscapes acquisitions by Oldcastle APG, including Allied Concrete Products and Abbotsford. The financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.

Based in Atlanta, Oldcastle APG is a CRH company and manufactures products in the masonry, hardscapes, lawn and garden, and composite decking categories.
