World & Main makes executive appointments
World and Main LLC has made a handful of C-level appointments to push its strategic growth plans forward.
Ned Finch is now chief operating officer, leading the company's operations and integrated supply chain teams. He's in charge of safety, plant operations, sourcing, replenishment and demand planning, logistics, and the China office. Finch previously spent 20 years at Jarden Corporation/Newell Brands, where he served as senior VP, Global Supply Chain and Operations.

Brenda Heffelfinger has been named chief marketing officer and head of product management. She has over 25 years of business and marketing experience, most recently serving as a marketing executive for Newell Brands. She has also worked for DuPont (specifically for the Teflon, Krytox, and Nafion brands), as well as Black & Decker.
Thirdly, Nick Pendrous was appointed chief information officer and general manager, eCommerce. He will lead the company's technology team and strategic technology initiatives and serve as general manager for the company's eCommerce business. He recently served as chief operating officer for Dotcom Distribution, and he's worked for Rust-Oleum in the past.
