WD-40 names a new board member

WD-40 Company has named Daniel Carter to its board of directors, effective March 21, 2016.

Carter currently serves as executive VP and CFO for BevMo! Inc. and bears extensive expertise in finance and retail.

Carter has held many financial leadership roles including: executive VP and CFO of Semtek, Inc.; executive VP and CFO of Charlotte Russe Holding, Inc.; and CFO of Advanced Marketing Services. 

Carter has been appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Governance Committee.  With this addition, WD-40 Company's board will have 10 directors.
