Wayne Dalton brings new designs to the garage
Lewisville, Texas-based Wayne Dalton rolled out four new designs and a new color option for the Wayne Dalton Model 6600 steel carriage house garage door.
With the addition of Kingston and Westfield designs, each available in arched and square top choices, the Carriage House Steel Collection Model 6600 offers a combined 22 different carriage house designs, five colors (white, almond, taupe, brown and the new black), and a variety of window and hardware options.
The Model 6600 provides dealers and customers with a premium door that offers the highest R-value in the Wayne Dalton Carriage House Steel Collection.
“Homeowners looking to stay on trend with colors and styles will be happy with the Model 6600’s new black finish and design options,” said Daniel Christian, sectional steel product manager for Wayne Dalton. “Not only that, but the Model 6600 offers excellent thermal efficiency to help keep homes more comfortable in the height of summer or the dead of winter.”
The Model 6600 door is constructed with two layers of steel for increased sturdiness and features smooth DecaTrim II overlays that are treated to resist termites and fungal decay.
The Model 6600 also features engineering and design cues that will help to improve a garage’s thermal efficiency. Its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation delivers a calculated door section R-value of 12.12, and its snug-fitting, tongue-and-groove section joints help to prevent wind and precipitation from entering the garage.
