Two shoppers claim injuries, sue Menards

According to an article in nwi.com, two Northwestern Indiana customers are suing the home center chain over alleged injuries sustained while shopping. Menards denies liability.

According to the article, one customer claims to have been hurt when she was hit by a falling piece of wooden crown molding. Another custmer claims to have tripped over a bunched-up rug. Both accidents allegedly occurred in 2009.
