Trex makes trio of executive promotions

Trex, the decking and railing manufacturer, has made several executive appointments.

Bryan Fairbanks has been promoted to executive vp and will retain his current title of CFO. In his new position, Fairbanks role will be expanded to include the direct oversight and evaluation of acquisition opportunities, as well as their eventual integration. He will continue to work together with the senior management team on the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan, Trex said.

Adam Zambanini, currently vp of marketing, has been promoted to president of Trex Residential Products. In his new position, Zambanini will have the leading role in the development and execution of the Trex Residential Products strategy as well as responsibility for the management of the senior team that drives the sales, marketing and manufacturing operations of Trex Residential Products.

Leslie Adkins, currently senior director of brand and integrated marketing, has been promoted to vp of marketing. Adkins will be responsible for all marketing for Trex Company, leveraging her 9 years of experience with Trex as a senior leader driving the company’s branding and product identity campaigns as well as consumer-facing marketing programs.
