Tractor Supply to expand Nashville headquarters
Tractor Supply has plans to build a 250,000-sq.-ft. new building outside Nashville, Tenn., approximately a half mile from where the retail chain currently has its headquarters, according to an article in the Nashville Business Journal. The cost of the project is estimated at $50 million.
Since 2004, the company has occupied roughly 160,000 sq. ft. in two buildings in Brentwood, a suburb of Nashville. Its lease is set to expire in less than three years, according to the newspaper report.
Construction is expected to begin later this year. Tractor Supply will become one of the first anchors of a 55-acre planned office development in Brentwood.
