Sunroc acquires Sierra Truss
Sunroc Building Materials, the Lindon, Utah-based pro dealer, has acquired Sierra Truss.
Located in Willard, Utah, Sierra Truss specializes in the design and manufacturing of truss and roof systems for builders of multifamily homes, single-family homes, and commercial buildings. The company was founded in 2013.
According to Sunroc, the move bolsters its truss production capacity in northern Utah.

This acquisition positions Sunroc and Sierra for growth in the greater Ogden and Logan area and north, leverages Sunroc's increased design capacity and combines the overall strengths of Sunroc & Sierra Truss. Sierra Truss's reputation for quality products is a natural fit for our company," said Greg Templeman, pesident of Sunroc Building Materials.
Sunroc Building Materials already operated 12 locations in Utah and Idaho prior to the acquisition. Sierra Truss will now operate as Sunroc Building Materials.
Sunroc is a subsidiary of the Clyde Companies.
