In Stores Now: Live Demos at Depot

The Ridgid Stealthforce Brushless 18V 3-speed pulse driver kit held a prominent position in the aisle of a New Jersey Home Depot during a recent store visit.
The product was part of the retailer’s “Live Power Tool Demos” approach to merchandising, inviting customers to use the tool to remove screws from a board. The power aisle demo display included packages of the driver itself, and also separately packed batteries and chargers.
Also promoted as part of the display was the Lifetime service agreement, described simply as “Free batteries, Free parts, Free service for life.”
