SRS expands in St. Louis

SRS Distribution has acquired Crown C Supply Company, Inc., an independent distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories. 

Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Crown C Supply was founded in 1976 and currently services a 200-mile radius around the St. Louis metropolitan area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Crown C Supply president Tom Connelly and the entire Crown C team will be staying with the company to run the operation going forward, SRS said.

SRS also plans to transition all existing and future metro St. Louis locations to the Crown C Supply brand. SRS already operated 3 locations in the market under the Shake & Shingle banner.

Based in McKinney, TX, SRS operates more than 225 roofing and building material distribution locations across 42 states under 24 brands.
