SRS Distribution acquires Slover Roofing Supply
SRS Distribution Inc. has acquired Slover Roofing Supply, an independent distributor of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories.
Founded in 2008 by Jason and Stephanie Slover, the Company is headquartered in Midland, Texas and maintains an additional location in Abilene, Texas. Slover’s team of employees will remain with the company, SRS said.
“Slover will make an excellent addition to our South region operations and will fit perfectly within our existing West Texas footprint,” said Dan Tinker, president and CEO of SRS.
“Through our new partnership with SRS, we are planning to accelerate our growth, while continuing to bring our loyal and supportive customers the products they need to expand their businesses,” said Jason Slover.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in McKinney, Texas, SRS is one of the fastest growing roofing and building products distributors in the country. The company operates more than 270 locations 44 states under 30 brands.
Earlier this month, SRS opened four new branches in Florida under the Suncoast Roofers Supply banner. Less than two months ago, SRS acquired Presta Contractor Supply in Erie, Pa.
