SRS acquires Roofers Supply
SRS Distribution, the roofing and building materials distributor, has acquired Roofers Supply, Inc., an independent distributor of residential and commercial roofing products based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Founded in 1994 by four siblings of the Pappas family, Roofers Supply operates a network of six branches across the state of Utah, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers. Dino, George, John, and Stephanie Pappas will continue to lead the operation, SRS said.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Preserving the Company’s rich history, while providing meaningful opportunities for its people, will be paramount to our success as we invest heavily in the expansion of Roofers Supply’s entire branch network,” Tinker added, noting that SRS is fortunate to have all four siblings remain in key leadership positions going forward.
Following the acquisition, Dino Pappas has been named as SRS Distribution’s newest region vice president.

This acquisition follows the purchases of Shultz Roofing Supply in September and Travis Roofing Supply in August. Those moves gave SRS more than 20 new branches in addition to four greenfield locations the company opened last month.
