Ryan Homes enters Columbus market
Ryan Homes, a division of NVR, will enter the Columbus, Ohio, market this year after purchasing 139 lots from Beazer Homes, according to a published report in Columbus Business First. Ryan paid Beazer $2.8 million for the parcels, which are located in three suburban developments: Taylor Glen in Pataskala, Grant Run in Grove City and the Enclave at New Albany.
Beazer pulled out of the Columbus market this past February, according to Business First.
Ryan’s parent company, NVR, is one of the largest production builders in the country. The Reston, Va.-based company, which is publicly traded, also builds in the Cleveland, Cincinnati and Akron areas. Besides Ryan Homes, NVR builds under Rymarc Homes, NV Homes and Fox Ridge Homes.
