Royal Building Products acquires DaVinci Roofscapes
Royal Building Products said it has completed its acquisition of DaVinci Roofscapes, L.L.C.
DaVinci began in 1999 and holds a leadership position as a supplier of premium composite roofing and siding. The company operates out of Lenexa, Kan.
Products, which will continue to be sold under the DaVinci brand, will complement existing products from Royal Building Products including Celect, Zuri and Cedar Renditions, according to Royal.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, Royal Building Products is a Westlake Chemical company that manufactures and distributes building materials for the home remodeling, building and construction markets. Products include siding, trim, accessories, soffit, rainware, mouldings and decking.
