Robisch fills the generation gap
From millennials to baby boomers, how and where different generations shop for products is changing.
With that thesis, Farnsworth Group senior partner Jim Robisch will present "Generational Buying Patterns in the Home Improvement Industry,” during the National Hardware Show in Las Vegas at the NRHA Village Stage.
“While many marketers seem to want to focus only on how the generations are different when shopping for home improvement products, what may be more important is how they are the same,” Robisch said.
The seminar will present the data and explore how different generations shop and buy hardware, home improvement and related products. He will examine how generational groups are different, how they are similar and what you need to know to better market to and service your customers.
Part of the presentation will focus on how retailers can better reach out and communicate with different generations.
Robisch’s presentation will take place at the NRHA Village Stage (Central Hall, booth 4542).
