Readers are short on tiny-house movement

Only 13% of HBSDealer.com readers think that the tiny-house movement is going to be huge.

That’s one of the findings of a recent online survey at HBSDealer.com. (You can still answer the poll question here.) A total of 184 people answered the question: “What’s your take on the tiny house movement.”

Here’s how our readers responded:

• “Great for Pinterest, not for business;” 45%

• “There’s potential there for a successful niche, in some markets, maybe;” 43%

• “It’s going to be YUGE;” 13%.

The survey was spurred by a relatively big program rollout at 84 Lumber – Tiny Living by 84 Lumber.
