Tavi Rendon has been promoted to chief culture officer for Superior Plastic Products and affiliate companies.
Rendon will be focused on creating positive company culture and will work closely with HR as well as develop and initiate safety and training programs, the company says.
Superior Plastic Products brands include Key-Link Fencing & Railing, Cardinal Building Products and Master-Link Supply.
Key-Link is also promoting a new website.
