Professional Builders Supply names new Charleston president
Professional Builders Supply, the Raleigh, N.C.-based pro dealer, has hired Trae McElheny as the president of the Charleston, S.C. market.

McElheny has more than 30 years of experience in the building materials industry.
He is originally from the Charleston area and is relocating from Denver, Colo., where he has worked with a national company for the past seven years, Professional Builders Supply said.
According to Professional Builders Supply, McElheny has been able to maintain many of the customer relationships he built over the years and brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and energy to the Charleston market.
Professional Builders Supply operates five locations in Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, and Wilmington, N.C.; along with Charleston, S.C.; and Taylor, S.C., with the latter serving the Greenville-Spartanburg market.
