Professional Builders Supply acquires SouthEnd Exteriors
Professional Builders Supply, LLC (PBS) has acquired a majority interest in SouthEnd Exteriors, Inc. (SouthEnd).
Based in Charlotte, N.C., SouthEnd was founded in 2007 and provides turnkey siding and roofing installations to single-family residential builders throughout the Carolinas and Nashville, Tenn.
“Jamie Oliver and Ryan Roberts, the owners of SouthEnd, have built an impressive business that has followed a similar trajectory to Professional Builders Supply,” said PBS CEO Van Isley. “Their approach is also very similar with a clear passion for providing a higher level of customer service and a desire to take care of their employees.”
The most recent annualized revenues for SouthEnd were approximately $100 million, according to PBS. SouthEnd has about 125 associates. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Oliver and Roberts will continue to leader the operation under the SouthEnd Exteriors banner.
