PPG makes two new executive appointments
PPG Industries promoted within its ranks to bring about two new executive appointments, which went into effect on Nov. 1.
Former PPG VP packaging coatings Dave Cole is now VP architectural coatings, U.S. and Canada. He is reporting to president and CEO Michael McGarry.
Ken West, formerly PPG director of specialty products in the company’s architectural coatings, U.S. and Canada business has become global VP, packaging coatings. West is now reporting to PPG executive VP Viktor Sekmakas.
“These executives have demonstrated strong performance in delivering growth in their respective businesses,” McGarry said. “We look forward to their continued contributions as PPG continues to drive value for our customers, employees and shareholders.”
PPG also announced the impending retirement of Scott Sinetar, currently PPG vice VP, architectural coatings, U.S. and Canada; effective March 1, 2016.
