At Porter-Cable, a MAX system expansion
Porter-Cable expanded its 20V MAX System with the introduction of a Charging Storage Bag and a Charging Radio. The Towson, Md.-based company says the system is a range of widely used and affordably priced cordless tools created for professionals working in residential construction. Both products have a charging capability so users can charge their batteries.
The 20V MAX Charging Storage Bag is the first product in the line to offer charging capabilities in a stand-alone storage product. The product not only holds up to ten batteries, but it also features a simultaneous dual port charger. The removable dual port charger can charge two Porter-Cable 20V MAX* 1.3Ah lithium ion batteries in 40 minutes. The storage bag includes a USB charging feature so users can also charge their mobile devices.
The 20V MAX Charging Radio is protected by a durable roll cage for jobsite toughness. In addition, the radio features AM/FM and when used with an auxiliary cord (sold separately), it can be paired with a smart phone or mobile device to play music.
Kitted with two Porter-Cable 20V MAX 1.3Ah batteries, the 20V MAX Charging Storage Bag is available for $99 MSRP or without batteries for $69. The 20V MAX* Charging Radio is sold without battery for $99 MSRP.
