Porcelanosa opens up shop in Houston

Porcelanosa, a luxury European tile, kitchen and bath products supplier, has opened a new showroom in Houston, Texas.

The new 3,000-sq.-ft. showroom will feature a variety of product samples showcasing the company's vanities, fixtures, bathroom products, accessories and floor and wall tiles.

"Porcelanosa is excited to celebrate this company milestone and bring a fresh European look to its showrooms in the U.S.," said Santiago Manent, sales and marketing director for Porcelanosa USA. "The new Houston location will offer customers in the area the opportunity to engage with top interior design experts and consultants to ensure all customers receive a luxury experience and the best advice possible."

The Houston showroom marks the company's fourth location in Texas, its 24th in the U.S., and the first-ever U.S. building featuring a ventilated facade created out of Porcelanosa's KRION solid surface material.

KRION is a solid surface material that mimics natural stone and is fire-proof, chemical-resistant and 100% recyclable. It's also flexible and moldable, with no visible seams or grout joints.

Porcelanosa will also be relocating its U.S. headquarters to New York City's Madison Square Park next month, which will feature a large-scale showroom.
