Parr Lumber acquires Truss-Way
Parr Lumber, the Hillsboro, Ore.-based pro dealer, has acquired Truss-Way, Inc.
Trus-Way was established in 1992 and operates two manufacturing plants in Vancouver and Sunnyside, Wash. The company designs and manufactures high-quality roof and floor trusses for single-family, multi-family, light commercial and agricultural projects.
Parr Lumber Company was established in 1930 by Dwight Parr Sr., in the Pacific Northwest and remains a family-owned company.
The dealer operates 34 facilities in Oregon and Washington, which include pro/retail building material yards, contractor focused facilities, and cabinet outlets.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
