Palfinger hires field service technician

Cerritos, Calif.-based Palfinger Liftgates has hired Ricky Richardson as field service technician, effective July 15, 2013.

His territory includes New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina.

Residing in Shepherdsville, Ky., Richardson brings 36 years of experience to the Palfinger Liftgates team. In this role, Richardson will be primarily responsible for training OEM and distributors with installations training and after-sales service, as well as training and supporting fleet maintenance and troubleshooting for fleets with in-house service centers.
