Oldcastle acquires Harmony Outdoor Products

Oldcastle Architectural has acquired Harmony Outdoor Products, expanding the company’s Belgard Hardscapes collection to include a full suite of pre-built modular hardscape elements for every outdoor living setting, the company said. 

“This acquisition is a strong strategic fit for our Belgard business and our commitment to bring contractors and installers solutions that will help them serve their customers and grow their businesses,” said Keith Haas, CEO for Oldcastle Architectural.
 

Oldcastle first partnered with Harmony Outdoor Products four years ago to offer contractors the option of the Belgard Elements Collection of modular fire features, water features, grill stations and kitchen islands; the pre-built structures integrate with Belgard Hardscapes paver and wall block for a seamless look and unparalleled design detail of outdoor spaces.



With this acquisition, Oldcastle said it will be able to expand Elements Collection design offerings and increase accessibility through Belgard’s broad geographic reach. 

Earlier this week, Oldcastle announced the acquisition of Expocrete Concrete Products based in Edmonton, Canada.
