Obituary: True Value executive Lars Hybel

Hybel, a native of Denmark, was born in Copenhagen and was with the Chicago-based co-op for just under a year. “Lars quickly became a driving force for our International business, gaining both our associates’ and international members’ confidence,” Niemi wrote. “Likewise, he quickly became a good friend and colleague. We will all miss him more than words can express.”
