Next Big Thing: Nesting in the HomeSphere

HomeSphere is bringing Nest into the fold -- specifically by adding Nest offerings to its digital platform.


The move comes as part of an initiative by HomeSphere to build market share among smaller builders, who can now receive Nest Pro pricing and rebate incentives.


Other benefits will include warranties on Nest thermostats, smoke alarms and indoor and outdoor security cameras, giving builders a strategic advantage in the growing connected-home market.


“Today’s homebuyers want to realize the vision of a connected home with technology that works together to enhance their lives,” said HomeSphere Vice President of Business Development Chris Toth. “With the addition of Nest, and the many other connected products offered through HomeSphere’s digital platform, we are helping builders connect to the $29 billion smart home market.” 


HomeSphere is a B2B digital lead generation and customer retention platform for the homebuilding industry, connecting local homebuilders and national building product manufacturers, including 55 building product manufacturers representing over 70 brands and more than 2,000 local and regional homebuilders.
