General Seeker Video Inspection SystemTools

General Tool’s new Seeker Video Inspection System offers a cost-effective way to visually inspect inaccessible or hazardous areas, and thus diagnose hidden system problems without complete disassembly or teardown. It comes in three models, the Seeker 200, 300 and 400. Each model is equipped with a high-strength, 1-meter camera-tipped probe with built-in, adjustable LED lighting; a mirror; magnet; and pick-up hook that can mount on the end of the probe. The more advanced systems will also record and transfer still images and digital video.

GreenRock

GreenRock is a decorative ground cover made from 100% recycled concrete roofing tiles, concrete paving stones and concrete block. Designed particularly for yards and gardens, the product is available in a 3/8-in. fine size or a 1-in. coarse size and is sold in clear poly bags that hold 1/2 cubic ft. of the “green” material. GreenRock helps environmentally aware consumers create landscaping designs for their home without depleting natural resources. Also, being 100% recycled, the product helps contractors gain LEED credits.

Sun Joe Lithium Ion Cordless Trimmer/Edger

The Sun Joe TRJ600C cordless trimmer/edger, from Edison, N.J.-based Snow Joe, features a 20-volt Li-ion battery with a rapid one-hour charge time, a 9.8-in. cut diameter and an adjustable telescoping shaft. The two-in-one product promises to start instantly and converts from a trimmer to an edger with ease. The dual edging wheel helps make precise edging easier. The trimmer also features an ergonomic handle, and weighs about 8.5 lbs.

Melco My T Driver

New York-based Melco Direct’s My T Driver is a torque-driven ratcheting screwdriver that promises to save consumers effort, time and money. The driver contains two stainless steel flip-out rods embedded in the sides of the screwdriver that provide greater power and leverage when turned. The My T Driver can withstand up to 300 lbs. of torque, five times more than a regular screwdriver. Able to use any type of screw or ratchet attachment, the My T Driver is capable of being 24 tools in one.

Swanson Lightning Level

Three LED illuminated vials make reading this level in dimly lit spaces easy. The professional Lightening level promises a top-of-the-line box type level. Its durable Super Shock endcaps give it five times more shock absorption. The LED lighted vials are powered by two triple-A batteries, turn on and off with the push of a button, and even have an auto shut-off feature to help save battery life. Weighing only 1.3 lbs. to 2.7 lbs., the level features two cushioned handgrips and is accurate to .0005 inches per foot. It is available in 24 inches and 48 inches, with or without a magnetic edge.

Wet & Forget is an environmentally friendly outdoor cleaning product. The non-caustic, non-acidic, bleach-free, biodegradable formula promises to clean unsightly mold, mildew, moss and algae stains on virtually any outside surface without any scrubbing or need of a pressure washer. The product is applied in one application with a simple pump garden sprayer and can clean commercial and residential buildings, as well as concrete, pavement, decks, roofs, siding, awnings, patio furniture, boats, docks and other outdoor surfaces.

First Alert Pool Alarm

Using patented passive sonar technology, the wireless alarm actively listens for sound waves caused by intrusion of a child or pet. One alarm can cover an entire pool area up to 40 ft. by 40 ft. The wireless monitor is AC powered with a battery backup, and provides users with an effective range of up to 350 ft. The free-floating unit uses six AA batteries (provided) and self tests every 90 seconds. When the pool is being actively used and properly supervised by an adult, the unit can be easily removed from that water and set back in place when done.
