New pro utility knives from Fiskars
Fiskars introduces a collection of CarbonMax Utility Blades that are tougher and safer for use.
Fiskars has introduced a new lineup of knives for pros that the manufacturer promises to be sharper, smarter, and durable.
The CarbonMax Utility Blade stays sharp 24-times longer than standard blades, according to Fiskars, and features added blade security. Accidental blade release is prevented by and improved locking system, audio and visual locking cues, and smarter button placement. Tabs help ensure blade won't pull out when twisted.
The lineup also includes improved ergonomics such as multiple grips that provide control regardless of the blade’s position and a Softgrip with strategic texturizing to enhance comfort. Additionally, full-body metal construction and reinforced ends resist pounding and drops.
The lineup includes Fiskars pro utility knives, a folding utility knife, a fixed utility knife, drywallers utility knife, painter’s utility knife, and a snap-off utility knife, among others.
