New Ace store to open in Cheswick, Pa.

An Ace Fix-It Hardware store is planned in Cheswick, Pa., according to an article in the Tarentum Valley News Dispatch.

The store will be owned by Charles Bickle, whose Duncansville, Pa.-based company owns five other Ace hardware stores. Bickle, who has a 10-year lease with an option for an additional 10 years, said he wants to open by Memorial Day and plans to hire 10 people, the article said.

Bickle was made aware of the Cheswick site by Ace’s corporate headquarters. He says the store will offer about 15,000 products as well as services such as key cutting and color matching for paint.
