MMFX Steel Corporation taps new regional sales manager

MMFX Steel Corporation has appointed Jack Schimpf as its new regional sales manager as part of its ongoing effort to bolster regional support for its steel products.

Schimpf has spent 19 years in the sales industry and has experience with technical products in the construction and infrastructure markets, including precast concrete, steel truss bridges, steel pipeline, storm water management and earth stabilization solutions. Previously, he worked for Contech Engineering Solutions.

"Jack brings a well-developed mix of industry knowledge and a desire to deliver innovative solutions,” said Kevin Bates, vice president of sales and marketing. “We feel that he will help solidify the growth of MMFX in the Northeast as more engineers adopt our reinforcing steel technology for the infrastructure industry.”

Schimpf will oversee operations in the Northeast U.S. out of his Eastern Pennsylvania base.
