MiTek USA has introduced a new Project Explorer app, designed to search for and plan outdoor projects.
This app was built in conjunction with OZCO Building Products, the manufacturer of Ornamental Wood Ties (OWT). The Project Explorer app is a free download at the Apple App Store.
Pros and consumers can access a gallery of images of finished pergolas, pavilions, and backyard projects within the app. The project concepts are presented along with estimates of the material costs, a dealer locator, and the opportunity to share photos of selected projects with others.
“This dynamite new app is just an extension of the services and visual guides that we have put in the market to help with selection of our products,” said OZCO’s Ian Hill. “If anyone spots a project they’d like to build, or want to hire someone to build it, the app makes it easy to estimate the costs and widely share the image with anyone working on the project.”
