Mark DeVincent named group president at Nortek
Nortek has announced the appointment of Mark DeVincent as group president of its Custom and Engineered Solutions (CES) segment. DeVincent replaces Eric Roberts, who resigned after five years with the company.
DeVincent joined Nortek with 22 years of experience in manufacturing operations and sales management. Most recently, he was senior VP and general manager at Flextronics International, where he was the senior executive responsible for the company's $2.5 billion server and storage business.
"Mark is an experienced manufacturing leader with a deep background in sales," said Nortek president and CEO Michael J. Clarke. "His previous leadership at Flextronics will serve CES well, as the segment focuses on broadening and deepening its customer and channel partner relationships, both in the United States and abroad. Mark brings a perspective and abilities that will accelerate the growth of this key business, and we are excited to welcome him to Nortek."
Prior to Flextronics, DeVincent served as director, account management at Sanmina-SCI and Director, Western Region at HADCO Corp.
Nortek is a global, diversified company whose offerings include audio/video and security solutions, digital display mounting solutions, ventilation products such as range hoods and bathroom fans, heating and cooling products, and air management systems.
