Lumber Liquidators debuts flooring visualizer
Lumber Liquidators has launched a new digital tool to help customers make decisions about flooring projects.
The flooring retailer’s new visualizer allows customers to upload a photo of any room and then preview flooring options.
"Lumber Liquidators' floor visualizer is our latest design resource that helps inspire customers in search of a beautiful floor that matches their personal style," said Charles Tyson, chief customer experience officer of Lumber Liquidators. "Customers can use this digital tool to overcome visualization hurdles by picturing how Lumber Liquidators flooring styles can transform any room."
The Toano, Va.-based company said the visualizer includes the “hottest trends” and latest products including rustic wide-plank flooring, distressed and textured wood, or minimalistic approach that embraces simplicity in design.
Altogether, the retailer carries more than 400 varieties of flooring styles through its 415 locations.
Last December, Lumber Liquidators debuted a new store format in Altamonte Springs, Fla. While the location has focus on serving professional contractors, it also features an in-store design center to help inspire customers to find their perfect floor, the company said.
