Lowe’s appoints new senior VP

Mooresville, N.C.-based home improvement retailer Lowe’s has appointed Todd Woods to senior VP, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary.

Woods will assist in the coordination of legal services for the company and its subsidiaries. He will report to Gaither Keener, senior VP, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer.

Woods joined Lowe’s in 2002, serving as VP, associate general counsel and assistant secretary to Lowe’s and many of its subsidiaries.
