Leviton updates its app
Melville, New York-based Leviton announced an updated version of the Leviton 2 Go mobile app, which initially launched earlier this year.
With the updated version of Leviton 2 Go, users can now customize their experience based on unique business interests. It has targeted updates, news and product information that is relevant to them, and can be shared with colleagues, project managers, family members or friends.
“Our customers are always our first priority, and we developed Leviton 2 Go to better help customers in all segments connect with Leviton wherever they are,” said David Keller, Leviton’s senior director of e-Business. “After carefully listening to customer feedback that was communicated through our sales teams since, we launched the app in March. We developed these updates to better meet our customers’ needs.”
Additionally, by simply registering their app, users will be put into a monthly drawing for a $100 gift card offered by Leviton.
Leviton 2 Go’s updates also provide users with more opportunities to interact with the app, including the ability to “Star” and “Unstar” favorite products, and share product information, instruction sheets or news articles with other people, allowing for more collaboration on the job site or when shopping for new products to update a home or business. A “Contact Us” form will also now be available via the Leviton 2 Go app for users who are looking for more information or who would like to connect with a Leviton representative.
