KB Home names a regional president

KB Home has promoted Matt Mandino to the role of regional president for Colorado, Las Vegas and Arizona.

“I am pleased to announce Matt Mandino’s appointment as regional president,” said Jeffrey Mezger, KB Home’s chairman, president and chief executive officer. “Matt joined KB Home nearly five years ago as division president in Colorado, and has done a tremendous job building a robust business and strengthening our team in Denver. We are confident that Matt’s proven leadership and significant contributions will help us advance our growth across Colorado and the Southwest.”

In his new role, Mandino will be responsible for overseeing the local division teams and operations, including land acquisitions, land development, home construction, customer service, purchasing, sales, and marketing.

Mandino has more than 15 years of homebuilding industry experience, and currently serves on the board of directors for the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver.
