KB Home names a GM in Arizona

KB Home has named Rob McGibney regional general manager of Arizona.

“Rob McGibney is a capable and effective leader, who has done a tremendous job as president of KB Home’s Las Vegas division for more than five years. I am proud to announce that Rob will be taking on a new and larger role as regional general manager for Arizona, and am confident that Rob and his team will help advance the continued success of our Phoenix and Tucson businesses,” said Matt Mandino, regional president of KB Home.

In his new role, McGibney will be in charge of the homebuilding operations in Phoenix and Tucson,

including land acquisitions, forward planning, land development, purchasing, studio, sales, marketing, construction and customer service.

Amy McReynolds will continue to oversee the company’s Tucson business unit as its division president, reporting to McGibney.

McGibney has been with the company for 16 years, joining as a financial analyst and rising through the ranks since. He was named Las Vegas division president in 2010.
