KB Home hires new D.C. exec

KB Home has named Andy Garrich to an executive role overseeing its Washington, D.C. division.

Garrich will take on the role of senior VP land acquisition and development for the region, overseeing the builder’s land acquisition activities and the development of new KB Home communities.

Garrich is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of land development experience in the Maryland and Virginia markets.
