Organizers of spoga+gafa 2017, the world's largest garden fair, say the Sept. 3-5 event in Cologne, Germany,attracted a recornd number of exhibitors, along with 39,000 trade visitors from 113 countries.
"In addition to formats such as the Outdoor Kitchen World and due to the new concept of the Smart Gardening World and the IVG Power Place Battery, we have offered the industry important trend platforms that met with a very positive response," said Katharina C. Hamma, chief operating officer of Koelnmesse.
The event also collected 81 entries in a "Youngstar" contest for new product developers. Next year's spoga+gafa event will be staged Sept. 2-4.
