Hultafors Group makes a Swedish deal
Parent of Johnson Level broadens its portfolio of personal protection.
Hultafors Group of Goteborg, Sweden, the parent company of Johnson Level announced announced the acquisition of Hellberg Safety, based in Stenkullen, Sweden.
Hellberg Safety is a specialized supplier of safety products that include hearing protection, face protection and communication solutions all of which are targeted to Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) distributors.
The acquisition is part of Hultafors Group's strategy to broaden its offering within the PPE products portfolio.
