Home Depot plans southern Ohio DC
Home Depot has won approval for a $33.9 million distribution center in Monroe, Ohio, according to a report in the Lebanon (Ohio) Western Star newspaper.
Home Depot will receive a 15-year, 80 percent tax abatement for the 657,000-square-foot facility, according to the report.
The distribution center is expected to supply stores in the greater Cincinnati area and employ around 600 people.
