Home Depot to offer free shipping

Atlanta-based Home Depot announced that it will offer free shipping on purchases made from its website between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday.

The company said it is offering free shipping on up to 90,000 items, including holiday decor, power tools, appliances and thousands of other items with no minimum purchase requirement.

"We're always looking for ways to pass on savings and value to our customers," said Hal Lawton, president of e-commerce, The Home Depot. "Offering free shipping on more than 90,000 select items, including all holiday decor, is yet another way homedepot.com enables customers to save more."

The company said they will also continue to unveil special values during three Cyber Monday events on Nov. 29, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 on homedepot.com.
