Home Depot bags a fashion coup

It seems as though Home Depot's latest entry is into the fashion market. According to Paper Magazine, the hardware giant's signature orange tote bag is quickly becoming a bit of a statement piece among the young and hip.

The evidence? Cameos on Instagram and sightings around New York City (namely in "hipster party photos"). Fashion icons have even been spotted wearing Home Depot jacket patches and t-shirts sporting the logo.

The $2.99 bag, which is currently sold out, is apparently going for as much as $41 on eBay, according to Yahoo! Shine.
