HBSDealer Stock Watch: Stanley leads bulls

Stanley Black and Decker gained 4.81% on Tuesday, a day when it reported strong third quarter results, plus announced that Lowe's will be carrying its Craftsman products next year,  BCC and UFPI were also up 2.5% or more.

In all, industry stock winners outpaced losers by more than 2-1. On the down side, SHLD fell 8.69%.
