HBSDealer poll question: Confidence
On Monday, the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) showed an increase in May, after a huge drop in April.

The HMI is derived from a monthly survey that gauges builder perceptions based on a good-fair-or-poor scale of single-family home sales and sales expectations for the next six months.
This week’s HBSDealer poll question applies the same gauge to the hardware and building supply industry. Here’s the question: Over the next six months, how would you describe your sales expectations? Good, fair or poor?
